Marketing and Content Specialist

Location: Remote

Hours Part time to Full-time, starting at 20 hours per week and transitioning to 32 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8 AM to 3 PM CST)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing and Content Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our business growth by developing and executing marketing strategies that effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients and partners. Additionally, the Specialist will create a comprehensive marketing toolkit to empower our clients, enabling them to effectively promote our telepsychiatry services to their end-users. This team member will be responsible for web and social media management, ensuring our online presence is optimized for engagement and user experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development and Execution: Craft and implement compelling marketing strategies to attract and retain clients, leveraging various channels such as digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, content marketing, and web management.

• Content Creation and Management: Produce high-quality, engaging content tailored for our target audience including blog posts, newsletters, promotional materials, and educational resources that highlight the benefits of telepsychiatry.

• Marketing Toolkit Development: Design and assemble a marketing toolkit for clients, comprising customizable templates, guides, promotional ideas, and resources that support them in marketing telepsychiatry services to their audiences.

• Brand Management: Ensure all marketing materials and content reflect our brand identity and values, maintaining consistency across all platforms and with all clients.

• Web Management: Oversee the company’s website content, structure, and design, ensuring it is optimized for SEO, mobile responsiveness, and overall user experience.

• Market Research: Conduct ongoing market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and the evolving needs of our clients and their patients.

• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, content, and web traffic, using insights to make data-driven decisions to improve effectiveness and ROI.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Proven experience in marketing, content creation, and web management, with a portfolio that demonstrates skills in writing, design, strategic marketing execution, and website optimization.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and web analytics.

• Experience in healthcare or telehealth marketing is highly desirable.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with clients.

• Creative thinker with strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.

• Demonstrates a high level of self-direction, the capacity for independent initiative, and strong self-motivation skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
